CP Demand Planning Lead for Bulgaria & North Macedonia

About the role

The CP Demand Planning Lead will manage supply planning, replenishment and purchasing processes for Crop Protection (CP) in Bulgaria and North Macedonia. The role ensures accurate master data, supports artwork and label preparation, and drives inventory reduction while meeting sales‑plan requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle material management processes, including AGI code creation and MDM changes.
• Maintain accurate master data in gSAP, IBP, TS and related platforms.
• Prepare and facilitate IBP CP pre‑SOP meetings, capturing USF, CSF, returns and post‑meeting actions.
• Develop and coordinate tactical CP supply plans, replenishment proposals and purchase orders aligned with IBP sales plans.
• Support marketing and sales teams in maintaining sales lines in IBP.
• Collaborate with regional teams and customer service to follow up end‑to‑end purchase orders.
• Prepare reports according to business requirements and support daily customer‑service operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, demand planning, supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with international logistics and dangerous‑goods transportation (advantageous).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with sales, marketing and other stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., gSAP, IBP, MDM).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Statistical data analysis for forecasting.
