Customer & Sales Representative with Polish and Ukrainian

About the role

We are seeking a communicative, customer‑focused representative to support B2B clients and identify opportunities to sell additional services. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the eligible locations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular contact with B2B customers by phone, handling inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products or services.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data in CRM and other internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Polish at C1 level or higher for daily communication with customers.
• Ukrainian at C1 level or higher for customer communication.
• English at B2 level or higher for internal collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
