Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

About the role

Join ResultsCX as a Hybrid Customer Service Representative supporting one of our largest client’s customers. You will work both from our Plovdiv office and remotely, providing friendly and efficient assistance to customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone, delivering accurate information and solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Capture revenue opportunities during customer interactions.
• Adhere to scheduled working hours, covering shifts from Monday to Sunday, 10:00‑23:00.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Basic computer literacy and a positive, resilient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
