Customer Support Associate – Polish & English (Telecom)

About the role

Join Sutherland’s team in Sofia supporting customers of a leading international telecommunications provider. You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email and chat, assisting with SIM activation, top‑ups, roaming and account questions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through voice, email and chat channels.
• Resolve service‑related issues and aim for first‑contact resolution.
• Provide clear, professional and empathetic support.
• Accurately document interactions in the system.
• Follow established processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Polish language proficiency at C1 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate education or equivalent.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
