About the role

We are looking for a Czech‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic BPO environment, providing premium support to Czech‑market clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to clients in the Czech market through phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining premium service standards.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups on escalated issues to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate assistance.
• Document all interactions and feedback in the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimise workflows and contribute to service excellence.
• Represent the company professionally across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in customer support services or a related client‑facing role.
• Strong command of English for international team collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site office environment in Sofia.
