Join a fast‑growing multilingual support team in Sofia, delivering top‑quality service to Czech‑speaking customers. As a Customer Support Representative you will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to Czech‑speaking customers across phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Investigate, resolve and log customer queries, complaints and service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system following company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on products, services and support protocols to deliver informed assistance.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times and quality scores.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) – essential.
• Valid EU passport.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer support or a client‑facing role is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
