Danish Speaking Solutions Consultant (Remote – Sofia, Bulgaria)

About the role

Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Danish‑speaking Solutions Consultant to join a client’s customer support team. The role is remote but based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and focuses on delivering high‑quality technical and administrative assistance to Danish‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Client Engagement: act as the main point of contact for Danish‑speaking customers, providing expert technical and administrative assistance across multiple communication channels.
• Problem Resolution: tackle and resolve complex customer inquiries promptly while upholding stringent service standards.
• Documentation and Data Integrity: meticulously record all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate and comprehensive service continuity.
• Service Improvement: identify recurring challenges and collaborate with internal departments to develop sustainable solutions that enhance the overall service offering.
• Performance Contribution: consistently meet or exceed team KPIs by delivering efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
• Client Empowerment: guide clients to maximise the value they receive from the company’s products and services.
• Knowledge Management: stay up‑to‑date with company policies, procedures, and service enhancements to provide precise information to the Danish market.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support or a comparable client‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a genuine desire to assist others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, diverse team environment.
• Proactive and driven attitude, with ambition to advance in a Danish‑speaking role abroad.
