Data & Systems Specialist, EPFR

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, solutions‑oriented individual to join our Product & Data team in Sofia. The role works across Engineering, Data Operations and Product teams to define and deliver improvements to our data platform and product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the EPFR Product & Data roadmap and execute strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather user stories, acceptance criteria and document requirements.
• Assess proprietary data and business processes to design technical solutions that support product and operational objectives.
• Review internal workflows, recommend efficiency improvements and eliminate low‑value activities.
• Develop data governance recommendations and create knowledge‑base articles.
• Analyse customer data deliveries to enhance data quality, usability and product value.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Analytics or a related role.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations and business stakeholders.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on translating business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives and manage competing priorities.
