About the role
Light & Wonder is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Infinity DevOps team. You will design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure, drive CI/CD adoption and ensure platform stability for a leading iGaming provider.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure and deliver cloud environments on AWS using automation and security best practices.
- Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI) to support the full product lifecycle.
- Create and maintain documentation for Development, QA, Operations and Support teams.
- Develop observability tools and dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog) to meet uptime and stability targets.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of hands‑on DevOps experience across multiple industries.
- Strong self‑motivation, curiosity and a passion for sharing knowledge.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize competing deadlines.
Required skills
- Programming/scripting: Python, Bash, Go.
- Linux system administration.
- Cloud platform: AWS (including ECS/EKS).
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
- Version control: GitHub, BitBucket.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI.
- Containerisation & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Flux.
- Monitoring & logging: Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Splunk, DataDog, Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix.
- Messaging: Kafka, MSK, Kafka Connect.
- Networking/DNS: Cloudflare.
