Digital Marketing Expert – Performance Campaigns

About the role

DSK Bank, part of the OTP Group, is seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to join its Digital Marketing Team in Sofia. You will own the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimisation of performance‑marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage paid search, display, video, social media and programmatic advertising campaigns.
• Define campaign objectives, structure, targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, creative requirements and measurement frameworks.
• Monitor daily performance and optimise campaigns against business and marketing KPIs.
• Manage keywords, audiences, placements, creatives and landing‑page performance.
• Analyse data from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 and other tools.
• Identify trends, issues and growth opportunities, proposing and implementing improvements.
• Ensure accurate tracking, conversion measurement, UTM structure and data consistency.
• Plan and evaluate A/B tests on audiences, creatives, formats, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Build dashboards and performance reports in Looker Studio and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and external partners.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing or paid media.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
