Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist with Spanish

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Solutions Specialist you will help small and medium‑sized businesses succeed on a leading global social media platform. You will consult with advertisers, optimise their campaigns and deliver tailored solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consultative Sales – manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify growth opportunities and cross‑/upsell the most suitable products.
• Client Success & Optimization – proactively advise clients on product adoption, campaign strategy and insights to improve ROI and long‑term satisfaction.
• Industry Expertise – develop deep knowledge of social‑media advertising solutions, track market trends and provide strategic input for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 + year of sales experience (outbound or inbound), preferably in advertising, digital marketing or SaaS.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with proven success in cross‑/upselling.
• Excellent listening, communication and consultative selling abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Results‑driven attitude, capable of analysing data, spotting trends and delivering actionable insights.
• Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English.
