About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist. You will work on reviewing user‑generated back‑office content, ensuring compliance with policies, and protecting the platform from risky or inappropriate material.

Key responsibilities

• Review user‑generated back‑office information, including sensitive or potentially disturbing content, and ensure compliance with established policies.
• Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks.
• Stay updated on internal policies to guarantee accurate implementation.
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks.
• Document decisions and provide logical reasoning for actions taken.

Required profile

• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable processing sensitive information.
• Strong ability to defend decisions and provide context with logical reasoning.
• Ability to identify patterns in behavior to enhance decision‑making.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle shifting priorities and high volumes of work.
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other inappropriate information is an asset.

Required skills

• Fluent in French (B2 level or higher).
• Proficient in English.
