About the role
MMDSmart is seeking a Director of Process Management to design, implement and govern the corporate process structure. The role will standardise and scale business operations while leading a small team of platform administrators and a documentation specialist.
Key responsibilities
- Define company‑wide BPM principles, standards and operational language.
- Create guidelines, policies and frameworks for process modelling, standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Lead the Jira Administrator, Salesforce Administrator and Documentation Specialist, ensuring tool configurations and documentation align with core process standards.
- Map, visualise and analyse cross‑departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive re‑engineering projects.
- Collaborate with senior management to gather process data, build buy‑in for BPM concepts and guide rollout phases.
- Establish auditing procedures, track efficiency metrics and demonstrate cost reduction and quality gains.
- Oversee the knowledge base, ensuring a central repository of SOPs, visualisations and user guides.
Required profile
- 3+ years of leadership experience in business process management, business architecture or operational excellence, with direct management of technical specialists.
- Deep knowledge of BPM methodologies such as BPMN, Lean and Agile, and experience with visualisation tools.
- Functional understanding of Jira and Salesforce sufficient to supervise platform administrators.
- Proven change‑management ability and experience working with C‑level executives.
- Strategic and analytical mindset to design long‑term operational roadmaps and control costs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; BPM certifications preferred.
