Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor – Logistics & Delivery (Sofia)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a global logistics provider in Sofia. The role focuses on supporting B2B and B2C ecommerce customers from the Dutch market, handling technical and logistics order queries via email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to Dutch‑market customers’ inquiries about order status, delivery issues and technical logistics matters.
• Provide accurate information and solutions through email and phone channels.
• Collaborate with internal logistics, supply‑chain and ecommerce teams to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s support system.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (native or near‑native level) and proficient in English.
• EU passport holder or valid Bulgarian work permit.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (one week per month on‑site in Sofia).
