About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the main point of contact for Dutch‑speaking clients, ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations and high‑quality service in a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support on complex logistics, distribution and supply‑chain tracking for Dutch‑speaking customers.
• Coordinate with carriers and warehouses to resolve delivery discrepancies and maintain service efficiency.
• Maintain accurate shipment logs and delivery statuses in our logistics management system.
• Proactively inform customers about potential delays and propose strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with international cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Handle high‑priority escalations while ensuring compliance with supply‑chain protocols.
• Perform data‑entry and documentation tasks to keep logistics records audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Interest or experience in logistics, supply‑chain or customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using logistics tracking systems.
