Estonian‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for an Estonian‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing high‑quality assistance to Estonian‑speaking customers of international brands through phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Estonian via phone, email and live chat, ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Record all interactions, queries and outcomes accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to team leaders or relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, service updates and internal processes.
• Contribute to team performance targets such as customer satisfaction, first‑contact resolution and response time KPIs.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills.

Required profile

• Native or fluent proficiency in Estonian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Good command of English for daily workplace communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a genuine passion for helping customers.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system for logging customer interactions.
