Finnish-speaking Customer Support Representative – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for motivated Finnish‑speaking professionals to join our customer support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will represent a prestigious international brand and provide high‑quality assistance to Finnish‑speaking customers across phone, email and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional support to Finnish‑speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve enquiries, complaints and technical issues, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Record all interactions accurately in the internal CRM system, respecting data‑protection standards.
• Escalate complex cases to team leaders or other departments as needed.
• Meet and exceed KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response times and quality benchmarks.
• Share knowledge and best practices to foster a positive team culture.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport allowing work in Bulgaria.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in customer support or a client‑facing role is a plus; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to log and manage customer interactions.
