Finnish‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for motivated, Finnish‑speaking professionals to join a leading international brand’s customer support team in Sofia. You will deliver high‑quality assistance to Finnish‑speaking customers across phone, email and live‑chat channels, helping them resolve enquiries and technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, multilingual support to Finnish‑speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer enquiries, complaints and technical problems, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Record all interactions accurately in the internal CRM system while respecting data‑protection standards.
• Escalate complex cases to team leaders or other departments and collaborate to ensure seamless service.
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs such as satisfaction scores, response times and quality benchmarks.
• Share knowledge, best practices and feedback to foster a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport allowing on‑site work in Bulgaria.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or a client‑facing role is advantageous, but entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
