French Client Advisor – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Client Advisor to join our international team in Sofia. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing guidance on products and services in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Provide product and account advice, process orders, returns and service requests.
• Enter and verify customer data in internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and de‑escalate challenging situations.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and fluent English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer service or client advisory roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an international team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
