French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor in Sofia

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a global logistics and parcel delivery company at its modern contact centre in Sofia. This position offers a chance to develop a career in a multicultural, multilingual environment while providing support to customers in French.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, chat and email in French, using English as the working language.
• Deliver first‑contact resolution and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Accurately log all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Work rotating shifts covering the operation’s opening hours, Monday to Sunday.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level fluency in French with a good command of English.
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection certificate (subject to client requirements).
• Based in Sofia, Bulgaria (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• No prior experience required; full paid training will be provided.
