French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our client’s operations in Sofia. The role focuses on supporting French‑language customers, coordinating cross‑border shipments and ensuring timely deliveries within a fast‑paced international logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for French‑speaking clients on complex logistics and delivery queries.
• Coordinate supply‑chain documentation to guarantee smooth cross‑border shipments and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Analyse and resolve delivery discrepancies by liaising with internal warehouse teams and external logistics partners.
• Monitor real‑time tracking systems to proactively identify and mitigate potential transit delays.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through transparent updates and accurate logistics data.
• Collaborate with international departments to optimise supply‑chain processes and improve service quality.
• Provide performance reporting on deliveries to management for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport.
• Previous experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments is highly preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
