French-speaking Sales Representative in Sofia

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Sales Representative to join a dynamic international team in Sofia. You will work directly with French‑speaking customers, manage the full sales cycle and help drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Engage French‑speaking prospects via phone, email and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable products or services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and good command of English.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
