Function Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Function Controller to support the PGHV Technology Center Europe and the Production Unit in Sevlievo. You will work closely with R&D project leaders and factory controllers, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular closing activities and support monthly/quarterly closings in the R&D environment.
• Coordinate internal back‑charging costs and ensure SOX compliance, especially for CAPEX.
• Assist project leaders and factory controllers with monthly forecasts and financial analysis.
• Monitor absorption rates, hourly rates, and time entries for both the Technology Center and the local factory.
• Analyze cost development, support budgeting processes, and provide forward‑looking financial information to managers.
• Ensure adherence to corporate, local standards, regulations, and reporting guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in factory controlling or accounting.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and independent problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
