German Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are looking for German‑speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the primary point of contact for customers of a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering high‑quality service through inbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve administrative and technical inquiries related to products, accounts and billing.
• Update and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised departments when needed.
• Identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities to enhance customer value.

Required profile

• Native or proficient German (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, empathy and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work onsite during the initial phase and transition to a hybrid model after four months, based on KPI performance.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts Monday‑Sunday between 09:00‑22:00, with options for 8‑hour, 6‑hour or 4‑hour shifts.
