Join an international team in Sofia as a German‑Speaking Billing Service Agent, providing billing support to German‑speaking customers and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist German‑speaking customers with billing‑related inquiries.
• Provide clear, professional support and help customers understand billing information.
• Resolve billing issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient customer experiences.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in German (C1/C2).
• English at B1/B2 level.
• Customer‑focused, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sofia.

• Base salary €1,636.14 gross per month, paid 14 times a year.
• Billing skills bonus €102.25 gross.
