German-Speaking Customer Expert Advisor (Inbound)

About the role

Join a leading customer support team that serves a prestigious Swiss telecommunications company. You will handle inbound German‑language calls, resolve product, billing and technical inquiries, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in German and provide assistance.
• Resolve billing, product, and technical questions.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities and aim to maximise customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• C2 level German proficiency (spoken and written).
• Minimum B1 level English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 09:00–22:00).
• Readiness to work on‑site, with a hybrid option after four months based on performance.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
