German-Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German-speaking support representative to join a fast-paced customer support team. You will help users with mobile service-related queries by phone and email, handling account issues, explaining service options, resolving billing questions and spotting sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely way
• Provide support on account management, billing issues and service information
• Identify and recommend suitable products or service upgrades
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Meet performance and quality targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Required profile

• German at B2-C1 level
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Sales-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working with computers and customer management systems
