About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service to ensure high satisfaction.
• Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction through proactive assistance.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e‑mail, chat, or ticketing systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written).
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
