About the role

We are seeking fluent German speakers (C1‑C2) to join our multilingual team in Sofia, supporting a leading Swiss telecommunications brand. The position involves handling customer inquiries, billing questions and troubleshooting via phone and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the professional voice of the Swiss telecom brand, answering calls and digital messages.
• Assist customers with billing issues, service inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to upsell product upgrades and additional services.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction scores on every interaction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving mindset.
• Motivation to learn, earn high bonuses and thrive in an international environment.
• Valid EU passport or existing right to work in Bulgaria.
