Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical Growth Marketing Manager to drive international expansion of our eduboom platforms. Based in Sofia, you will own the full B2C funnel and turn data‑driven insights into scalable growth initiatives across new European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market entry frameworks and scale marketing activities in Romania, Spain, Italy and beyond.
• Analyse user data and funnel metrics to uncover growth opportunities and friction points.
• Design and execute omni‑channel campaigns from brand awareness to conversion.
• Own lifecycle management and retention strategies to increase LTV and reduce churn.
• Implement continuous CRO and A/B testing across landing pages and user funnels.
• Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to integrate data‑backed insights into strategy and budget allocation.
• Optimize the entire B2C marketing funnel to ensure a seamless user experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2C growth marketing or digital analytics experience.
• Proven ability to think beyond paid acquisition and manage user lifecycle and retention.
• Hands‑on experience scaling digital products across multiple European countries.
• Strong analytical mindset with a presentation style suited for senior management.
• Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRO tools and how Meta/Google ad algorithms operate.
