Head of Workforce and Player Operations Technology

About the role

As the Head of Workforce and Player Operations Technology at b2spin, you will lead the transformation of workforce management and player‑operations tooling. You will replace legacy systems with a fully automated, in‑house platform that drives real‑time scheduling, cost efficiency and quality assurance across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑design headcount planning, monthly scheduling and intraday management with self‑service, high‑efficiency tools.
• Own the vision, design and rollout of a proprietary WFM solution, eliminating manual data entry through real‑time automation.
• Redesign back‑office workflows to maximise efficiency and embed automated performance‑data collection.
• Build and maintain automated QA tooling, continuous checks and friction‑free audit workflows for customer journeys.
• Create a centralized data ecosystem with daily, weekly and monthly dashboards that combine QA, WFM and productivity metrics.
• Develop cost‑efficiency models, tracking cost‑per‑task and staff overhead to drive radical savings.
• Implement a rapid change‑management process that links quality feedback directly to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental technical projects, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder buy‑in.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale operational technology initiatives, preferably in gaming or SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of replacing third‑party tools with custom, automated solutions.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross‑functional teams and driving change.
