Icelandic-speaking Customer Support – Sofia, Relocation Bonus

About the role

We are looking for fluent Icelandic speakers to join our international team in Sofia as Solutions Consultants. You will assist customers in using our digital products and services while receiving full training and relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Icelandic‑speaking users via phone, email and chat.
• Answer questions about digital products and services.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries using internal tools, CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
• Maintain quality, customer‑satisfaction and resolution targets.
• Collaborate with an international team and share best practices.
• Participate in regular training and stay updated on product developments.

Required profile

• Fluent in Icelandic and good command of English.
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Comfortable following step‑by‑step processes.
• Curious about technology and willing to learn.
• Positive, professional and team‑oriented attitude.
