Inside Sales Account Representative (French & English)

About the role

We are expanding our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team and are looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Account Representative who can engage both French‑ and English‑speaking clients. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, managing opportunities through the sales pipeline, and delivering compelling digital presentations to support the closing process.

Key responsibilities

• Capture inbound and new qualified leads and own the end‑to‑end sales opportunity.
• Validate prospects, progress them through the pipeline, and maintain accurate data in the CRM.
• Prepare and deliver digital presentations to hand off to the closing team.
• Coach and collaborate with teammates to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
• Develop sales strategies and create training content for the team.
• Manage medium‑to‑enterprise accounts across various business segments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or account management.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level or higher).
• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and quota attainment.
• Familiarity with the IT and cloud‑technology industry is a plus.
• Inside‑sales experience and a commitment to structured sales training.
