Inside Sales Account Representative with Turkish and English

About the role

We are expanding our Digital Inside Sales team and are looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative who is fluent in Turkish and English (C1 level). The role focuses on handling inbound and new qualified leads, delivering digital presentations, and guiding opportunities through the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Catching inbound and net‑new qualified leads.
• Owning opportunity validation and pipeline progression.
• Preparing and delivering digital presentations to clients.
• Coaching and collaborating with the sales team to foster growth and product knowledge.
• Establishing a robust pipeline in the client CRM and maintaining accurate data.
• Generating sales strategies for opportunities.
• Creating training content.
• Working with medium‑to‑enterprise client segments on deals from start to presentation.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Turkish and English language proficiency at C1 level.
• 1+ year of account‑management experience.
• Metrics‑based sales experience with a focus on performance, quota attainment, and promotion.
• Knowledge of the IT and cloud‑technology industry is an advantage.
• Technology sales experience is a plus.
• Inside‑sales experience.
