Inside Sales Associate – German Language

About the role

Accenture is looking for motivated Inside Sales Associates who will work on behalf of a leading global social media company. The role provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to become a trusted marketing advisor for advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium‑sized business advertisers to grow revenue with higher product savviness.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Improve client experiences by consulting on optimal product adoption.
• Proactively outreach and reactively engage with clients via phone and email to assess performance and offer optimization insights.
• Develop expert knowledge of social media advertising solutions, track performance trends, and solve related problems.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and a good level of English.
• Experience in customer support or marketing is a strong advantage.
• Interest in social media and advertising.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a solutions mindset.
• Flexible, quick learner able to adapt to evolving client needs.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
