Italian-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Customer Success Specialist to support a leading social‑media hiring platform. You will ensure clients achieve high satisfaction, adoption and ROI through effective implementation and ongoing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all client product integrations are completed and maintain quality assurance.
• Drive implementation setup progress for new Hiring Enterprise Program customers.
• Guide customers on best practices, monitor onboarding, license activation and user engagement.
• Track lifecycle milestones and record activity in the CRM system.
• Triage and resolve troubleshooting tickets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).
• Experience in BPO/client support, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Account Management or Project Management.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for ticket and queue management.
