Junior International Sales Executive

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early‑career professional who wants to build a long‑term career in international sales and key account management. Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is not required. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, commercial curiosity and the motivation to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential distributors, retailers and business partners.
• Prepare commercial offers, product presentations and customer proposals.
• Follow up on leads, samples, quotations and ongoing negotiations.
• Coordinate customer orders with logistics, marketing, regulatory and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity and commercial records.
• Monitor market opportunities, competitors and relevant retail developments.
• Participate in meetings, presentations and international trade exhibitions.

Required profile

• University degree or final‑year student in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in international business.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with different departments.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
