Junior Python Web Developer (with experience)

About the role

ICT Strypes is a software development company with over 700 professionals delivering end‑to‑end solutions for large enterprises such as ASML. The TeamWS department focuses on web‑based applications that support remote diagnostics, monitoring and predictive alerting for semiconductor factories worldwide. The Junior Python Web Developer will join a Scrum team to build and maintain these critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, test and integrate customer requirements for a leading lithography systems provider.
• Debug and fix issues in existing codebases.
• Deliver all planned features on time and according to specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, high‑quality documentation.
• Ensure good unit‑test coverage for new and existing functionality.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, refinement and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, flexible attitude.
• Open communication style, active listening and constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a multinational team.

Required skills

• Python programming (1+ year, web focus).
• Django framework (or Flask, FastAPI).
• Object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Linux/Unix environment.
• Relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Software configuration management.
• Cloud deployment experience, preferably Azure.
• Agile development methodologies.
