Junior Sales Assistant – Industrial Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Assistant to support our industrial equipment sales activities for leading German drive technology manufacturers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing offers, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Processing customer inquiries and maintaining active commercial correspondence.
• Preparing and sending offers following a technical product selection.
• Issuing and administering commercial documentation – invoices, handover protocols, etc.
• Maintaining a customer database, searching for new clients, and organizing meetings.
• Supporting marketing activities, participating in industry events, and assisting in daily office operations.

Required profile

• Technical literacy; secondary technical or higher engineering education is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic software programs.
• Very good organizational and analytical skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset and high motivation for work.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
