L2 Onsite IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for an L2 Onsite IT Technician to deliver advanced technical support to end‑users at our customers’ sites. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, equipment provisioning and VIP customer service within an international environment based in Sofia.

Key responsibilities

• Independently resolve on‑site incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Manage end‑user onboarding and off‑boarding, including imaging, re‑imaging, installation and configuration of laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Provide VIP customer support and act as the hands‑and‑eyes liaison for server and network teams.
• Perform meeting‑room and AV support for Teams, Zoom and other vendor equipment.
• Handle printer and MFP support, PC refresh activities and local stock management.
• Maintain ticketing system records and execute IMAC‑related tasks.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication and customer‑orientation.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Experience with imaging, re‑imaging and hardware configuration.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN fundamentals and server‑room equipment.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and printer/MFP support.
• Familiarity with AV equipment for Teams, Zoom and other platforms.
