Manager, Procurement Digital Transformation – Accounts Payable & Purchase Channels

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a leader to drive global transformation of Accounts Payable and purchase channels. You will own the roadmap, reduce manual effort, and implement AI‑enabled automation across invoice processing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the transformation roadmap for AP & Invoice‑to‑Pay, aligning with global regulations and KPI targets.
• Identify bottlenecks, automate invoice capture, coding, matching, duplicate detection and exception handling.
• Lead pilots, proof‑of‑concepts and scale successful AI and OCR solutions.
• Own global implementation of OCR/Intelligent Document Processing and Vendor Invoice Management, partnering with SAP and OpenText teams.
• Implement supplier catalogues and drive catalogue spend while reducing free‑text requisitions.
• Lead Peppol and European e‑invoicing rollout, coordinating with tax, finance, legal and technology stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AP, Procure‑to‑Pay, Finance or Procurement transformation.
• Proven leadership of large transformation workstreams and delivery of significant AP/P2P projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using KPIs to drive results.
• Fluent professional English and ability to influence senior stakeholders across finance and procurement.
