Manager Strategic Key Account Partnership

About the role

As a Manager Key Account Partnership at PMI, you will develop and execute strategies that drive sustainable growth across our partner ecosystem, leading key business relationships and account operations. You will be responsible for delivering sales, retention, and growth targets while ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B operational strategies to support commercial and profit objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
• Develop sales and account management plans for strategic partners and identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee operational plans that contribute to organizational targets.
• Lead and develop a team that handles day‑to‑day interactions with key accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, key account leadership, or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of customer retention, account growth and negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a performance‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop practical, data‑driven solutions and drive operational excellence.
