Marketing & Communications Specialist with German

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Communications Specialist who is fluent in German to support our international marketing, communication, and event activities. This position is ideal for someone at the start of their career eager to contribute to impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns.
• Coordinate internal and external communication activities across different channels.
• Assist in the organization of events, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
• Create and update communication materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

• Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across communication channels.

Required profile

• First experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field (internship or 1‑3 years of experience).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• German and English proficiency (written and spoken).
