Marketing Director – Crypto & Web3 Growth

About the role

The partner company seeks a senior Marketing Director based in Bulgaria to lead brand, acquisition, partnerships, creator and community initiatives at the intersection of crypto, Web3, gaming and digital entertainment. You will shape the overall marketing strategy, translate business priorities into measurable plans and drive global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the brand and strategic positioning, aligning budgets and outcomes with market dynamics.
• Lead ambassador, sponsorship, creator and influencer programs across Discord, Telegram and other platforms.
• Build an integrated acquisition and distribution engine covering owned media, affiliates, SEO, paid channels and performance marketing.
• Oversee content and SEO strategy to boost organic visibility in search and emerging AI discovery environments.
• Own marketing technology stack, data analytics, automation and AI‑enabled workflows, reporting ROI and performance.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor acquisition economics and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Deep fluency in crypto and Web3 culture and audience behavior.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering growth‑focused marketing strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, attribution and ROI.
• Ability to collaborate with product, legal, finance and AML teams in a fast‑moving environment.
