Marketing Lead

About the role

Flat Rock Technology is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive day‑to‑day marketing activities from its Varna office. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will translate commercial strategy into a measurable marketing plan, lead campaign execution, and develop the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily marketing function, set priorities and support the Marketing Operations Specialist.
• Coach and develop the Marketing Operations Specialist, improving capability and execution quality.
• Translate commercial strategy into an annual marketing plan, campaign roadmap and KPIs.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign processes, from proposition and audience definition to messaging, execution, lead generation and performance analysis.
• Build integrated campaigns using email, LinkedIn, landing pages, webinars, events and partnerships.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and develop digital presence across website, microsites and social channels.
• Generate and nurture MQLs, coordinate with SDRs and align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
• Manage CRM usage, reporting, and measurement of campaign contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS or professional services.
• Proven track record of designing and executing integrated B2B campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Experience coaching or managing marketing team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use performance data for decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal English and stakeholder‑management skills.
