Marketing Specialist

About the role

BMW Bulgaria is looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage and localize digital content for BMW and MINI, support customer experience initiatives, and coordinate events and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and localize BMW and MINI digital content, including website updates, product information, and customer communications.
• Ensure quality and performance of digital channels through content maintenance, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate customer and internal events, meetings, and marketing activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive customer experience and satisfaction initiatives across BMW and MINI, supporting dealers and business functions.
• Support administrative processes and business system implementations, including testing, invoicing, and operational coordination.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, content management, customer experience, event coordination, or project management.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
