负责餐厅/酒吧及客房服务的日常运营管理，提升客人和员工满意度，确保财务目标达成。

主要职责

监督餐厅、酒吧和客房服务区的运营和卫生标准。
管理并培训团队，制定并执行培训计划。
在高峰时段协助服务员和清洁地板。
审核人员编制，确保满足运营和财务需求。
处理客人投诉，收集反馈并持续改进服务质量。

任职要求

高中学历并具备4年餐饮相关工作经验，或拥有相关专业两年制学位并具备2年经验。
熟悉食品安全、卫生标准及当地酒类法规。
具备良好的沟通、领导和团队合作能力。

必备技能

餐饮运营管理经验。
人员排班与绩效管理能力。
财务预算与成本控制意识。
