Online Brand Protection Analyst

About the role

Are you passionate about safeguarding brands and combating online infringement? We are looking for motivated Online Brand Protection Analysts / Research Analysts to join our dynamic Global Delivery team. In this role you will protect client brands by identifying and removing infringing content across various online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate & Analyse online marketplaces, e‑commerce sites and social media to spot infringing content.
• Execute Enforcement by collaborating with platforms, e‑commerce sites and hosting providers to initiate takedown procedures.
• Collaborate with Client Management teams to achieve brand protection goals and provide case updates.
• Review enforcement reports, identify trends and provide context around unusual activities.
• Suggest strategic improvements to investigative targets and enforcement methods.
• Adapt to program‑specific tasks, shifting priorities and contribute fresh ideas to enhance processes.
