Online English Lesson Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

Novakid is looking for a creative Content Writer to design engaging online English lessons for children aged 4‑12. The role is fully remote and involves turning learning objectives into fun, intuitive activities that children love to participate in.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop age‑appropriate online English lessons with clear, measurable learning outcomes.
• Create activities, exercises, assessments and supporting content across various Novakid products.
• Review and improve existing lessons based on feedback, observations and performance data.
• Collaborate with Methodology, Proofreading, Design, Production and other Content colleagues.
• Contribute ideas for new formats and activities, and support pilots, new courses and other Content projects.

Required profile

• Higher education with strong knowledge of English language teaching and lesson planning.
• Excellent English (minimum C1) both written and spoken.
• Creative, energetic and able to think from a child’s perspective.
• Flexible, able to move between projects, age groups and priorities.
• Open to using AI tools and eager to learn new digital workflows.

Required skills

• Strong digital skills and confidence in learning new tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
