Order to Invoice Associate (Customer Service) – French

About the role

As an Order to Invoice Associate you will support BIC’s B2B customers worldwide, handling the full order lifecycle from receipt to billing while providing front‑office customer service in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders received via email, EDI, SFA, RPA or customer portals accurately and on time, following internal procedures and service‑level targets.
• Manage order‑related requests and tickets in line with ServiceNow (SNOW) policies, escalating blockers to the Level 1 Manager when needed.
• Execute billing procedures, perform controls and support internal and external audits.
• Serve as the front‑office point of contact through telephone, email and chat, maintaining up‑to‑date customer knowledge.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Train and support junior associates and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or order/claims management.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing (SNOW) processes.
